You can keep at home or in any Kerala temple. On the morning of Vijayadashami, you have to begin the morning with the Vidyarambham ceremony.

Kollur Mookambika Temple is considered the best shrine for conducting Vidyarambham ceremony.

Another option is your Kuldevata temple or Grama devata temple.

If you are living far from both temples, opt for any temple that follows the Vidyarambham traditions as practised in Kerala.
